See, this is why I mess with certain companies. I bought some Kali Audio IN-8 V1 studio monitors about 4 years ago and recently I noticed one of them is significantly lower in volume than the other when set at the same level. I contacted Kali a few months ago to see about getting the one repaired or what other options I had. After months of them reaching back out to me (I forgot I used my icloud email which I never check), I finally contact them back and they are still gonna honor the same deal they offered months ago. I paid $800 for the pair and they are gonna sell me a pair of V2's for $250 if I send them the V1's back. Yeah...go ahead and get that going for me broseph.
