While shooting some drone footage for Ohio Department of Transportation, our DJI Phantom began acting funny and wouldn’t go above five feet off of the ground. It eventually began working again and gave us some gorgeous shots of work zones.

In 2018 Lewis directed "Okay, Ziggy" for the Columbus 48 Hour Film Project - NEW Group produced by Matt Sams with Tori Crenshaw as DP. Joshua Porter stepped in as drone operator and gaffer, as well as AC. "Okay, Ziggy" went on to screen at several festivals around Ohio.

The Columbus 48 Hour Film Project is an annual competition where local filmmakers are given criteria to make a short movie-write, film and edit- in only 48 hours! It's an intense weekend (August 1-3 this year) but it's a lot of fun. You meet a lot of people and end up with some great stories. Here are photos from our 2018 entry, "Okay, Ziggy".
