hey everyone � this page is for Alayna mances our sweet 7 year old daughter who is currently going through AML ( Acute Meyloid Leukemia ) she was diagnosed on 10/01/2025 she's had multiple BMB's, LP's she's went through 2 cycles of chemo so far with 3 cycles left , shes been in and out of the hospital since her diagnosed she gets about a week to 10 days at home every month she's just went through so much since October and even before then we had no idea the weather sickness the Drs claimed it was would turn into a life threating sickness a fight for her life and we want to share her story and have her story heard pediatric cancer NEEDS TO BE HEARD these kids deserve so much love and support as they fight for there lives !
