Just a reminder to all who are planning to attend the Tuba Christmas and Community Band concerts this evening at the Sutter Theater Center for the Arts, please bring a new unwrapped gift for a child, age 8-12, and we’ll give you a box of popcorn for your kindness. You can also drop off this final week, Tuesday through Friday, in the box office.

As the holidays approach, the Colusa County Free Library will temporarily close branches for our annual deep cleaning and maintenance. This work includes thorough cleaning of furnishings, dusting, and ensuring our collections are in good order.

Please see the attached holiday schedule for details on how these closures affect each branch. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as this time allows us to return in the best possible condition for our community.

It is so fun to see our athletes and community featured in so many different formats, but i especially love seeing them in the local paper! If you haven’t subscribed to the pioneer review, i recommend you do. They do a great job highlighting the happenings in our community and Jennifer Corriea is so diligent in her efforts to cover the athletic events for our county schools! Huge thanks to Jennifer and Pioneer Review for their tireless work to keep our community apprised and informed! THANK YOU!!
