Apostolic because we believe in the doctrine the original APOSTLES laid immediately after the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Repentance (seeking forgiveness AND completely turning away from sin) should be a daily responsibility of every believer. Infilling of the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit, for those who are more political) is a must! We believe this to be evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the
spirit gives utterance. WE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT SPEAKING IN TONGUES IS THE HOLY GHOST BUT WE DO BELIEVE IT IS ONE OF THE SIGNS THAT ONE HAS BEEN FILLED. Baptism, by water submerssion, in the name of Jesus for the remittance of sins is also a core belief of this ministry. We believe in holy living, not necessarily in attire. We believe that once a person has repented of their sins, accepted Christ, and desires to be saved then holiness is etched onto their heart. That holiness then begins to cut away that which is unholy. God works on the inside of us therefore we do not preach at what's on the outside. We believe that if you are truly saved, the Holy Ghost will convict you on what you should and should not wear. Long uncut hair, long dresses and skirts, no makeup on women does not make one holy.
