Focuses on the journey from survival to peace.
“I’ve always kept my personal life private, but lately, I’ve realized that sharing my ‘why’ might help someone else find their ‘how.’
For a long time, I wasn’t ‘strong’ I was just in survival mode. Growing up without stability meant that when I finally found it in my 20s, I didn’t know what to do with it. It felt unfamiliar, even uncomfortable. It took a divorce and a lot of soul searching to realize that I was gravitating toward chaos because it was what I knew.
I used to be ashamed of my past, but now I’m grateful for the isolation it forced upon me. It allowed me to become a better person and the mother Mason deserves.
To anyone living with a dysregulated nervous system: peace is possible. Once you get a taste of true stability and a calm heart, you realize that ‘safe’ isn’t boring—it’s the goal. I promised my son stability, and in the process, I finally found it for myself.” ❤️
