As a natural extension of our core mission, we also develop tabletop games based on our properties. We're located in the heart of the Upper Valley of the state of New Hampshire, a wonderfully unique region where New Hampshire and Vermont are united by the Connecticut River. We're less than an hour from the serenity of the Lakes Region and the wilderness of the White Mountains. Life here is a fascinating brew of country living in historic New England, spiced up with a progressive arts community and the youthful influence of Dartmouth College. We work with award-winning creators as well as undiscovered talent from around the globe. What's with the Key? Although the "Standing O" is our unmistakeable primary logo, The Freedom Key is our secondary logo. You'll find it somewhere on all of our comic books. It is symbolic of a primary tenet here: creative freedom. We don't shackle writers and artists with corporate control over their creations. We don't lock down ownership of their properties. So they are free to do what they do best...create. Freedom is awesome. Freedom is the key.

BIRD WITH STICK is a classic, magic-infused fantasy tale of good versus evil that reveals how our perspective of the two can sometimes become blurred due to fear of the unknown. When birdsong abruptly disappears one morning without any explanation, the Bird Kingdom becomes divided by suspicion, accusation, and violent oppression. But one small nightingale risks everything to seek out the true cause and restore his song.

Welcome to the future. The last of a dying race of aliens has made a diabolical pact with a secret cadre of the world’s most powerful politicians and richest entrepreneurs. One man knows the secret. He was given a scientifically enhanced body as part of the government’s contingency plan for the aliens. He’s armed with stolen alien weaponry. And he’s beginning to master the aliens’ cybermysticism. But his mind is damaged and he’s gone rogue on an obsessive quest to stop them. Soon MASQUE will return in his newest cyberpunk adventure! Goth Ghost Girl first appeared in a short story as part of the Fiendish Fables anthology published by Brain Scan Studios. Fans contacted creator John Schlim Jr pleading for more of the character. Her subsequent debut comic was so successful it launched Ovation Comics and she remains the face of the publisher. Soon she’ll return in her newest supernatural adventure!
