Laurel Park homeowners, it appears the recent email that went out contradicts the attachment that was in the email. *I will verify with management on how many people (residents and their guests) are allowed per key fob* Thank you.
See email below.
Beginning Saturday, June 21st, new streamlined admittance rules will go into effect for the Laurel Park pool. These updated guidelines were developed by the Pool Committee and the Board of Directors to be clear, consistent, and easy for all residents and guests to understand.
To ensure the pool remains a safe and family friendly environment, we kindly ask that all residents review and follow the updated admittance rules outlined below, as well as the complete pool rules attached to this message.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and signed in by a guardian who is at least 16 years old and has a working key fob.
A maximum of 6 individuals (including both residents and guests) is allowed per key fob.
Each household may use a maximum of 2 key fobs per day to enter the pool.
Please remember that the Laurel Park swimming pools are private and for the exclusive use of Laurel Park residents and their guests. Access will be denied to anyone attempting entry with a non-working key fob.
For assistance with troubleshooting key fob access or to purchase a new fob, please contact RealManage at [email protected] or call 704-520-7002.
Key fobs may only be used by the registered homeowner or resident. Misuse of key fobs may result in revoked access. Individuals who violate pool rules may be asked to leave the pool area by a gate attendant, Board member, or Pool Committee member.
All pool access must be through the front gate only. Entry through any other gates, doors, or unauthorized points is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Please take time to enjoy the pools this summer!
Sincerely,
Your Laurel Park Board of Directors
