To 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 the 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 at Hampton Beach, enjoy a 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 from 🏖️🍫

On my way down the boardwalk I scoped out the ✨𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭✨ candy shop, also serving sub/sandwiches, and other desserts (like the largest loaded shakes and sundaes that I’ll be going back for 🤩). The first pass was informative about 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 sweets, including 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 made fudge and their 𝐢𝐧-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 made 🍫

The bars may have brought me back to but it’s the fudge that ✨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲✨ stole my heart and taste buds.

While I’ve had before, there’s 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 like a loaf of fudge. Still dense in sweetness and size, there’s just something different about the swirl of textures and flavors of these “loaves”. With a variety of flavors, I chose some 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 🍫 and 𝐑𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞’𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 🥜.

I’ll 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 be back, for ✨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲✨ other treats and trust me, you do 𝐧𝐨𝐭 want to sleep on this candy shop.

Busy or not, I 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 have time to skip 🍩 and has it 𝐚𝐥𝐥 🙌

I ✨𝐡𝐚𝐝✨ to pop in for an iced chai and to decide where to celebrate this and then I saw the donuts that were 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 in 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞 and 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 🤩. The iconic donut ontop of the coffee photo was a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞 with one but I was 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 to balance 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 for photo proof 🤷‍♀️

is a staple in and all of the festivals and special events. Large participation/hosting for as part of and as a nice refreshing stop during Market Days (which will be 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟖 this year). They have great morning drinks (espresso, pour over, cold brew, chai, matcha, lattes, and so many other morning beverages) ☕️🍵🫗 for 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬 and 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐬 alike.

It’s great to see Manny making even more forward movements in this industry! In the many years I’ve known him (about a decade I’d say), I have always enjoyed his dishes, especially on the holidays 🫠.

I haven’t made it to Purple Finch Cafe (yet) but cannot wait to see what Manny has in store as the new owner!

Hello everyone! There is some exciting news to share here at the Finch!!! My name is Abel Emanuelli and I go by: "Manny". I am the proud new owner & Chef of Purple Finch Cafe. 😁 My Culinary background includes over 15 years of experience at some of Manchesters favorite restaurants. I was the Sous Chef at Republic Cafe, and the Head Chef at Campo Enoteca as well as Giogios Restaurant. I served in the military for 13 years. My goal is to build on the existing charm & favorites left by Chef Nicki, while introducing a few new dishes, and make Purple Finch Cafe an even more special place for the Bedford community. 💜

We will continue to be open for regular business hours
everyday from 7 am to 2 pm. 🥞 🥓
