Indiana just rolled out something we don’t see every day… five Ford Mustang GTs have officially joined the Indiana State Police fleet. Each one is powered by a 5.0 Coyote, equipped with radar, in-car cameras and all the tech a trooper needs.

These Mustangs were assigned to veteran troopers with specialized training, and their mission is simple: crack down on reckless driving, road rage and illegal street racing by being seen before things get out of hand.

Troopers say the agility and speed of the Mustang GT helps them catch up to 90–100 mph drivers safely and, more importantly, prevent high-speed chases altogether. Visibility is a big part of the strategy… and based on reactions from drivers on I-70, the Mustangs are definitely getting attention.

They won’t be used in snow or ice, but on clear days, you might just see a blue-and-white Mustang acting as the ultimate “mobile office” for Indiana’s finest.

This S197 Mustang is rocking 3 inches of lift on Flatout Suspension GR Lite coilovers, 31-inch tires, and an actual 2023 F-150 Raptor front bumper mounted straight to the frame.

The owner, .raptor, built it as a nod to the first-gen Raptor he fell in love with — and now he’s out proving it on real Jeep trails, hill climbs, and high-speed dirt sections.

🏁 Reviving a Trans Am Legend: Mustang Chassis TA93-022

In the 1990s, the SCCA Pro Racing Trans Am series was the battleground for corner-carving Mustangs. When Ford introduced the new SN95 Mustang, they brought serious firepower to reclaim dominance — legends like the Archer Brothers, Tommy Kendall, and Boris Said all joined the charge.

One of the key cars in that effort was Riley & Scott Chassis -022, a Mustang that scored a podium finish at the 1994 Dallas Grand Prix and helped Ford secure four straight Manufacturer’s Championships (1994-1997).

After years of competition, the car passed through several hands before finding its way to current owner Todd Covini, a lifelong Ford enthusiast and racer. Today, Covini continues to keep its racing spirit alive at track days across the country — proving that some Mustangs never stop running. 🐎

Check out the 1 of 1 2002 Extreme Ocean Saleen SR 01, and it’s one of the wildest builds to ever wear a pony badge. Originally priced at $158K (yes, in 2002), this one-off Saleen Mustang is 8 inches wider, 18 inches longer, and packs a 700+ HP supercharged 3V under its composite and carbon fiber exterior.

From the $9,900 Extreme Ocean paint to the Enzo Ferrari race seats and S7-inspired door sills, this thing is pure, untamed Saleen insanity.

Check out this insane Mustang build! It’s built upon a 2015-2017 Shelby GT350 chassis and has a 2010-2012 S197 front bumper. Almost every exterior panel has been custom made by the owner. After 5 years, it’s finally on display this year at SEMA in the Toyo display.
