The Mitchell ODOT Maintenance Station will close at the end of July, and 11 of 12 staff in Wheeler Co. will be laid off. Condon will lose one staff person. ODOT is hoping that the State Legislature helps to make up their $354 million shortfall in the 2025-2027 budget.
