We honored our Holiday Home Challenge Winner this week. Connell's own Christmas House took the win for the first year of this contest sponsored by the Franklin County Graphic and Connell CommunityClub.
When presenting the award, both got a little emotional, sharing tears of joy and expressing, "We love Connell." They apologized for not having as many lights this year but noted they had seven Santas and three Grinches.

Traffic Advisory and Incident Update

BNSF has notified us that a train derailed while maneuvering within the city limits. No train cars tipped over, there are no hazardous materials involved, and no injuries. BNSF has a supervisor in personnel on scene and is actively working to clear the incident.

Adam Street and Clark Street are currently blocked. Please use alternate routes and avoid the area while crews complete their work.
