The Naked and Famous is a modern classic cocktail that’s gained popularity for its bold flavor and perfect balance of smoky, bitter, sweet, and citrusy notes.

Ingredients:
¾ oz Mezcal Local
¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Yuzu Juice

No garnish needed — it's simple and striking on its own.

This cocktail was created by Joaquín Simó in 2011 at Death & Co. in NYC.
It’s often described as a hybrid of a Last Word and a Paper Plane, using mezcal to bring a smoky punch.

We’re also joined by Jero, the owner of Mezcal Local, who shares the story behind the brand, his connection to mezcal, and the passion that goes into every bottle. From crafting cocktails to learning about mezcal culture, this episode is all about flavor, tradition, and storytelling.

The Greek Duchess gets its name from my wife Sophie who is of Greek and British Ancestry. When we first started dating I would jokingly call her "The Duchess" and the nickname stuck. This cocktail is an ode to her as this is one of her favorite drinks - after The Mrs. G of course!

This cocktail has so much going on - it's refreshing, bright and the Ouzo really takes it to another level. This one is a must-try!
