This recipe combines red wine, brandy or cognac, and fresh pineapple juice with a touch of orange syrup, a splash of Coke, and a dash of bitters to tie it all together. Garnished with an orange slice, it’s refreshing, vibrant, and ready in minutes.

The Painkiller is a tropical rum cocktail with a fun backstory and a very beachy vibe.

It was created in the 1970s at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands and is actually a trademarked drink of Pusser’s Rum. It’s creamy, fruity, and rich — like a cross between a piña colada and a rum punch.

It’s often served in the Caribbean as a “vacation starter,” but bartenders love it for its easy balance of sweet, tart, and creamy.

Ingredients:
2 oz El Dorado Rum
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Coconut Cream

Garnish with freshly grated Nutmeg.

The Naked and Famous is a modern classic cocktail that’s gained popularity for its bold flavor and perfect balance of smoky, bitter, sweet, and citrusy notes.

Ingredients:
¾ oz Mezcal Local
¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Yuzu Juice

No garnish needed — it's simple and striking on its own.

This cocktail was created by Joaquín Simó in 2011 at Death & Co. in NYC.
It’s often described as a hybrid of a Last Word and a Paper Plane, using mezcal to bring a smoky punch.
