1 cup honey and 1 teaspoon each. Cayenne powder, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar with the mother, black pepper. Cook in a pan store in a jar, mix 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water drink 1 cup a day!
