Here’s a job we completed recently in West Conway beside the country club.

We cut the hillside of this lot in order to cut cost on blocking for the future home and set up for a retaining wall to be in place.

With our excess dirt we were able to level the lot as well as save some topsoil for finish yard grade.

We will be back shortly to complete the footing and fill the slab.

We’re excited to announce the completion of the parking lot extension at The Summit Church!

This project involved moving approximately 1,200 loads of undercut material (around 18,000 cubic yards) and placing nearly 1,400 loads of fill (about 21,000 cubic yards).

We’re proud of how this project turned out and look forward to seeing the lot full and serving the community soon!

We at Millsap construction want to thank EVERYONE for the year we had in 2025.

We took on projects as small as laying electrical line, to tackling every phase of land development on dream home’s.

There is nothing we love more than to provide the residents of central Arkansas with not only their properties requirements, but their dream place to call their own.
