Here is the complete transformation of a job in Falstone Corner! A couple things about this Job.

- 1 of only 3 footings EVER to pass a Freeform inspection (no form boards used)

-Over 100 loads hauled to fill slab

- 26 feet of elevation change from high side of home to low side of home

Here’s a lot we transformed recently in Roland. We started off by taking all the trees and burning them, as well as cutting down the lot around the house pad to help with the cost of blocks and the height of the house. This lot was nothing but rock but we got it taken care of. This was for a repeat customer and the neighbors loved it so much we will back soon to help them!

Here’s a pond restoration we completed recently. All the flash flooding caused the spill way to waterboard and wash out. We fixed that problem as well as added an emergency spill way and rip rap for further protection. This pond will handle anything thrown at its way now.

Here’s a pond renovation we completed recently. All the flash flooding caused the spillway to waterboard and wash out. We fixed that problem as well as adding an emergency spill way and rip rap for further protection. This pond should now be able to handle anything that gets thrown its way.

The Millsap crew went northbound this week to prepare a foundation on this beautiful lot right by the White river in Mountain Home. With the foundation poured, block layers are ready to come in and we will be back in a very short time to finish landscaping and prep the crawl space floor.

Another job well done for a repeat contractor! Had a lot of fun on this one. Dug and poured footings, got the slab ready to be plumbed and poured. And cut down the driveway side to help customer with cost of dirt and ready for a retaining wall to be put in. And a clean job site! We take care of any and all things dirt.

This customer plans on adding onto his house in the near future.. but the septic tank is where the addition will be.. we cleaned and collapsed the old tank and put a new septic tank in with a new distribution box but connected to the old fill lines.. this customer is now ready to add on to his house with no issues!

We hauled in a load or three on this project.. we installed a driveway for the customers future home.. we ”Y” the driveway to where the right side will be a 30x30 turnaround spot going into the garage.. and the left side we graded a 40x40 shop that is ready to be formed and poured.

Customer had tremendous amount of spillage coming from neighbors as well as new addition to their house which caused “fast water” from the roof, also poor slippage around the house, which lead to water staying in their back yard. To fix we ran 6 inch pipe from where water started sitting, connected the gutters to main ditch, added gravel to soak up all remaining water and ran it to the street to drain. We also took dirt that came out of the ditch and properly sloped it. Once it was all said and done we added hay to allow for grass to grow over newly added dirt and the ditch. The customers will now be able to enjoy a dry back yard and no more muddy paw prints in their house!
