I am starting over again with my fitness journey, and that’s ok because day 1 is better than day 0!

As a breastfeeding mama, it’s important that I make sure I’m not losing out on all the benefits of my food while I’m trying to lose weight. So I’ll be aiming to eat a variety of healthy snacks that are loaded with good sources of protein, vitamins, and other essential nutrients.

Well, my healing journey was a lot harder than I expected it to be so it has taken me a while longer to be able to get active again like I would like to after having my fourth baby and cesarean delivery. Now that my body is heard, I have decided to start posting on here again. Stay tuned because starting tomorrow, I’ll be posting recipe ideas and possibly some beginner workout routines 😉

I know I haven’t posted on here in quite some time but I had a lot of personal things going on over the last year and decided to take time to focus on my family. With that said, I would like the announce the birth of my 4th and final baby, Arabella. She and I are both doing well and heading home today. My goal is to start posting on here again in the next few weeks and share some postpartum meals and workout plans. I had a cesarean delivery so it will be slow and easy as far as workouts go so just have some patience with me and we will get back into that Bippity Boppity Body real soon!

Imagine what you could do if you put yourself and your health first for the next 60 days…

These results are 57 days apart; 30 pounds difference. I haven’t been crash dieting or using supplements but I HAVE been extremely dedicated to myself and my body. I have put my cravings to the side and pushed myself harder than I have in over a decade to reach my fitness goals.

It’s never too late to start, and there is nothing more important than your physical health! Just remember, your body achieves what your mind believes. So believe in yourself! 🙌🏻❤️

I’ve challenged myself to do two 30 minute cardio workouts every day for ten days. Today is day #2. So far so good! I had a great morning boxing session followed by some weight lifting to tone my arms! 🙌🏻
