It’s hot. Like, hundred and hell hot. Food truckin’ is no easy life when the hot be this hot. Taqueria La Eterna Primavera was our stop this weekend. The original plan was to try a different truck, but they didn’t happen to be where we thought they were gonna to be, so this was our impromptu back-up plan. They quickly cured our disappointment of missing the first truck! Elote cup? Slappin’! Pupusas? Bussin’! Do the kids still say that? Birria tacos? Deliciousin’! Flautas? Yessirin’!🤤

Friendly folks, plenty of options, and dayum it was taste bud smackin’! Located beside Arby’s(gross) on Harkrider! Big lot with plenty of parking! Check ‘em!😎

HOT TIP: after baking your bacon in the oven at 400 for 20ish mins(cuz that’s the best way) drizzle that jank with some hot honey. Highly recommend slappin’ some hot honey mayo on that sammich too if that’s your thing. You can thank me later.

Keeping our Father’s Day tradition of breakfast at Bucket List Cafe and Lake Day alive! It may not look like much, but this spot kicks out a mean breakfast! And we may know a thing or two about breakfast.

Put this place on your bucket list if you haven’t been already. Get it. Cuz that’s the name of the place🤭.

Weather was total dook last weekend. Not so much this weekend. Made a fam adventure out to Long Pool Recreation Area to check out a neat lil waterfall(included a picture down yonder for ya if ya wanna see), then stopped at this lil spot we’ve heard much about called Hagarville Grocery for a few sammiches….

Friends, family, acquaintances, and even the haters(we know you’re out there😏)…Go. Eat. These. Sammiches😳. The words “this sammich is the best I’ve ever had” were even uttered. Granted they were the words of a 15-year-old, but it still counts. HIGHLY recommend The Dogmother(pic #2)🤤!

And you MUST give Jolene all of the pets(also pictured below because duh)! She’s our new favorite doggo😍!

You know what goes great together? A bomb arse food truck meal and an amazing arse live show at The Hall. That’s what. Almost literally a stone’s heave away is Lrfoodtruckstop with plenty of options to choose from. Among said options lies The Trident Food Truck. Look, if you’re gonna specialize in one thing it better be slappin’. And this Fish N’ Chips do be slappin’! This dude knows how to rock a headbangin’ battered bliss! Cronchy batter, tender fish, and hand-cut fries🤤?? Gimme that cardiac arrest!

Well worth the trip to LR with or without a musical adventure to follow!
