Food OTD: Taco Salad 🥗 from Bonfire in Conway, SC.
Bonfire is one of my favorite places in Conway. I've never had anything bad there to eat! There's a waitress named Deb there and she is the nicest lady. It's in the best area because it's right next to the river so you can go for a good walk.
The salads are excellent, but even if you don't like a salad they have meats, tacos, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts.
The Taco Salad has a lot of flavor and it definitely satisfies me for a while. It's huge! As big as my head, y'all.

Food OTD: Hardee's Pulled Pork Frisco Burger 🍔
KFC and Hardee's are two of my favorite fast food chains. Yes, junk food. Is it healthy? Nope. Is it good for you? Let's say it's good for the soul 😂
This is one of their newer menu items. I did it without the onions, iykyk. I liked it!
Hardee's did me dirty though, they only allow one coupon now ☹️ I hate when places only allow one coupon.

💭 I will reuse jars for salads primarily, but other dinners, too. I like to use them to shake up salads with the dressing. It's good for deconstructed sushi, too.

Food OTD: I'll get right to the point. This was my mall snack yesterday 🤣 I considered it a treat because I'm on the search to find a side gig outside of my full-time job. Yes, I have my one full-time job, but I'm looking for additional income to help with other expenses. This took the edge off! 😆

Food OTD: I met up with my bff for a final "see ya later" since she is headed to Asia! We met at a random Mexican Restaurant in Lumberton, NC. San Jose Mexican Restaurant ✅ You just can't get Mexican food in Europe like you can here at home. I've never been to Mexico but I'm sure actual food from Mexico is even BETTER!
I picked the San Jose Bowl which was basically a rice bowl topped with black beans, lettuce, guacamole, and pico. Yes, I know I should be eating onions since I have an allergy but I figured I'd suffer later.
Like I said, I am team "dip queso into salsa" 😉😉 so the chips & dip were amazing!
Water to drink because my friend gave me her drink to go. Teamwork!
This was a 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'd totally go back if I was ever in Lumberton for a random reason.

Food Item OTD: Buc-ee's Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich
I'd give it a 2/5 stars ⭐⭐
TBH, I'm not the biggest Buc-ee's fan... It's a little overwhelming for me as a place. It's like a concert at a gas station.
Sandwich wise: I felt like the bun was just okay, but the meat was pretty good. Although, even though it was on the warmer, it was a little cold? I don't even know how that's possible. I've had better things at Buc-ee's.
I'm not the target audience for this sandwich, but maybe you are!
