Ideas for healthy homemade broths 🍲🥦🥩🥕🌽
1️⃣ Beef stew with vegetables
Ingredients
1 kilo beef with bone (preferably chambarete) and cooked
4 cloves of garlic
1⁄2 onion
2 elotes played in 4 parts
1 seedless chayote, peeled and match in cubes
3 peeled and sliced carrots
250 grams of pigtails without tails
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
2 cubed pumpkins
2 split potatoes in cubes
2 branches of fresh herb

Preparation
1. Place the meat, elote, onion, garlic and herbs in a pot. Add water and let it boil until meat is tender. Removes foam and grease that builds up, plus remove garlic, onion and herbs.
2. Add the carrots and chayotes. Let it cook for 15 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Put the rest of the veggies in the pot and season with salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and check that the vegetables are not overcooked.
Recommendation
Serve with a little cilantro and lemon, and top it off with some ground serrano chili.
