YES, Chick-fil-A Church Street (Conway) is CLOSING… BUT WAIT! We know those five words may have done a number on your heart and nervous system but don’t worry! Chick-fil-A Church Street (Conway) is coming back.⁣

CITY OF CONWAY PASSES ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTION FOR FACE MASK USE

Masks are required in essential business in the City of Conway beginning Monday, July 6 at 8:00pm

Conway City Council passed a public mask ordinance and resolution during its regular City Council meeting on July 6.

Essential business customers must wear a face mask or face covering. Essential businesses must require all employees wear a face mask or face covering. Failure to wear a mask, as defined in the ordinance, is a civil infraction, with a fine of up to $25 upon conviction.

Essential businesses include grocery stories, convenience stores, medical facilities, pharmacies, hardware stores, banks, Farmer's Market and day cares. Essential businesses are those businesses that were not ordered closed under Governor Henry McMaster’s “Work or Home Order.”

The ordinance is in place through August 4, 2020 at 9:00am, unless lifted sooner.
