Announcing the South Carolina Chef Ambassador class of 2025! These chefs highlight Certified South Carolina produce, meats, and seafood in their dishes and help support our local farmers by prioritizing local ingredients.
The 2025 South Carolina Chef Ambassadors are:
Chef Darren Smith of Rivertown Bistro and Bonfire - A Smokin' Taqueria in Conway, SC,
Chef Shuai Wang of Jackrabbitfilly and King BBQ in Charleston, SC,
and Chef Jeannie Koenigsberg of Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery in Greenville, SC.
