1️⃣ Windows – Make sure they all open and close smoothly!

2️⃣ Plumbing – Test every tap, shower, and toilet – everything should be in working order

3️⃣ Boiler – Check the installation date and last service; it’s key to know its condition

4️⃣ Lights – Flip every switch to confirm all the lights are operational

5️⃣ Damp Check – Watch for any signs of mold or damp patches on walls

6️⃣ HVAC – Ensure the system is functioning, and look for vents and clean filters
