SUMMER'S HERE!! It's time for ice cream cake!! I used to HATE making ice cream cakes, but i found this recipe and never looked back--it's a few steps but so worth it!! And thank God because with having 6 kids, somebody always wants one for their birthday😂...but paying $60-$80 is ridiculous!! Whether you're team Baskin Robbins or team Carvel this one has you covered, its got both the cake AND the crunchies!

I promise you guys I will NEVER do this!!! This makes me so mad— I screenshotted this off of some recipe site, I don’t even know which one and it doesn’t matter because I see it all the time. This recipe and this photo do not match at all. I didn’t bother to put the rest of the recipe, but the recipe is for a shortbread crust, and the pic clearly shows a pie crust which is completely different, not to mention the photo is AI— so when somebody tries to make this recipe, there is no way they’re going to be able to A) make it look like that and B make the recipe come out right because it is not even the same recipe as the pic! I promise you I am always making my recipes in real time and you will always be able to make them just like I am! (Well not REAL TIME but you know what I mean 🤣🤣) ok rant over LOL

Ok i knew these were going to be good...i did NOT know they were going to turn out this good! (Especially when filming--we all know that's when everything will go wrong! 🤣🤣) But these Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes are soft and buttery with a caramelized brown sugar topping that is impossible to resist...just ask my husband!🤣🤣

Ok as you guys know I hate making cakes..but I will do it..for certain individuals 🤣🤣 We celebrated 5 birthdays this weekend (we have a huge family-thank you Jesus🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻) this is one of the cakes…I’m pretty proud of it!! It’s birthday cake flavored, but my issue is most recipes are just vanilla cake with sprinkles thrown in and calling it birthday cake—welp not in Missy’s world! 🤣🤣 I threw in some Princess emulsion, lemon emulsion, and butter vanilla emulsion and it ended up tasting like Superman ice cream!! Phenomenal!! 😁😁😁
