Ugh. The dreaded Google review. Every time I see we got a new one my heart skips a beat.
What do I say to this? I'm sorry it's not 2016🤷🏽‍♀️ I mean, if a business were operating like it was back in 2016 it would likely not still be in business.
Do me a favor ya'll. If you like a business, specifically a small business, let them know. We put our hearts and our souls into our work. The work we do is not a nine to five, but a lifestyle.
Please don't think I am fishing for reviews. We get plenty of great reviews, don't get me wrong. I have been trying myself to be better about posting positive feedback because I understand how it feels when we get the negative.
A lot has changed since 2016 and yet as a small business we are still making it. That alone speaks for itself. Thank you for reading and for supporting our small business🤗
