Hi all,
Taking a pause from the typical content you see on my page to share a personal update.
This year has brought some unexpected challenges. More specifically, the last 6 weeks. On a Monday I went in to be assessed by my primary doctor. By Thursday, we were told I had a tumor that needed removed and surgery was scheduled for the following week. The initial stages moved incredibly quickly and I had officially been diagnosed with testicular cancer.
I’m incredibly grateful to share that I am now cancer-free.
It’s been a tough journey for me and my family as we’ve had to quickly grapple with how this has impacted our lives, but I’m thankful for the love and support from my family, friends, and clients along the way.
This experience has given me time to reflect and refocus, and I’m looking forward to getting back to what I love— creating incredible films with renewed energy.
Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and understanding during this time and while I continue to work back up to my usual momentum as I recover from surgery. I cannot wait to dive back in with a fresh perspectives.
