A couple episodes in and season 2 of Foundation starts off hard with a bang. I feel like this Apple TV exclusive is criminally underrated, and underpromoted. If you liked the Hunger Games movies, or HBO’s Raised by Wolves, it’s totally a must-watch.

I’m obsessed with the books the series is based on, since childhood. However, I’d argue that it’s probably even more easy to enjoy, if you go into without having already read them, and subsequently read the Foundation related books after watching the show. I always figured, ‘only an anime adaption could ever be feasibly doable’, but I guess I can eat my words on that, and am totally down with the creative liberties they took to make a live-action tv serial. I reckon I’d had probably made the same choices if I were producing it. 🤷‍♂️ The acting and cinematography is better than most box office flicks I’ve seen, in quite a long time. I don’t know why no one talks about this show, it’s a freaking banger.
