I turned this steelhead I caught, and a snapper like this, into a feast!!! Several different sushi rolls some raw steelhead, some with smoked steelhead, others with smoked snapper marinated in homemade eel sauce. Also homemade spicy mayo, sweet n spicy chili sauce, potsticker sauce, and won ton wrappers. With those won ton’s I made spring rolls, potstickers, and crab puffs. It was all so amazing!!! Thank you Krystal, Ray, and Sierra for the help.
