🔥 PUBLIC RESPONSE: A Disgusted and Thorough Retraction of “ccoabusers.com”

Let me be perfectly clear: The slanderous website ccoabusers.com is a grotesque hit piece built not on truth — but on hate. It was created and circulated by a small but obsessed group of local right-wing agitators who have made it their personal crusade to silence me, smear me, and punish me for refusing to conform to their hateful worldview.
Why? Because I am visible. I am vocal. I am unapologetically q***r, progressive, and willing to fight back. And that terrifies them.
Now, let’s dismantle their trash — piece by piece. I will not remain silent while a handful of cowards use internet defamation to do what they couldn’t do through civil discourse: discredit me.

🚫 CLAIM #1: “Sal is a child-raping s*x offender running from justice.”
Reality Check: I have never been convicted of r**e. Not once. Ever.
They’ve chosen to weaponize a decades-old juvenile case — sealed in many jurisdictions — that has been publicly addressed and legally resolved. The circumstances were complex and involve events that occurred when I was a pre teen. They omit every relevant detail and exploit it to paint a monstrous caricature — not a man, not a human being — but a demon. This isn’t justice. It’s lynch-mob propaganda dressed up as public service.
They also falsely state I “fled” multiple states. That is patently untrue. Any out-of-state matters were handled legally — and I cooperated fully, something they conveniently omit.

🧾 CLAIM #2: “Sal committed forgery, theft, and lied to police.”
Yes — I have a criminal record. I have never hidden this. I have struggled with addiction, trauma, and poverty, like millions of Americans. I’ve paid fines, served less than a month in a County Jail, and rebuilt my life.
It’s called rehabilitation. It’s what our justice system is supposed to be about. And yet, the authors of this smear campaign weaponize recovery itself — not because they care about victims, but because they see my redemption as a threat.
Also — when exactly did “shoplifting a Redbull (value -$5) from Safeway” become a capital crime?

If I pushed back hard against public lies, racism, homophobia, or fascist propaganda, it’s because I don’t apologize for standing up to bullies. I expose hypocrisy. I defend victims. And I use satire, critique, and public accountability — not anonymous libel websites.
What these people call “harassment” is often nothing more than me refusing to stay silent while they spread conspiracy theories, platform hate speech, or attack LGBTQIA+ youth.
I have never posted the address, or phone number of anyone I’ve debated online — unlike some of them.

🧠 CLAIM #4: “Sal uses fake profiles, manipulates others, and pretends to be a victim.”
False again.
Like many public figures and social media moderators, I’ve used alternate pages to moderate comments and prevent abuse — not to impersonate others. Meanwhile, this entire website was built by anonymous authors who won’t even put their names on their accusations. Why? Because they know it’s defamatory, baseless, and actionable in court.
The irony of accusing someone of “playing the victim” while building a conspiracy page around them is truly rich.

🎭 CLAIM #5: “Sal is a hypocrite who claims to help people but actually abuses them.”
What they mean is: I am effective. I’m outspoken. I’ve rallied hundreds of people to action, built community pages with tens of thousands of followers, stood up for marginalized folks, and called out powerful people when no one else would.
They’re mad because I changed the conversation in Coos County — and they weren’t invited to the table.

🧨 CLAIM #6: “Sal called a woman ‘date r**e Barbie’ and mocked a survivor.”
Let’s set the record straight: I do not — and will never — target survivors of abuse. I am a survivor myself. The quote they reference was pulled from a heated online thread where, yes, harsh words were exchanged. Was it inflammatory? Yes. Was it part of a broader fight against a person who publicly called trans people “pedophiles” & claimed GSA’s (gay straight alliances in public high schools) are nothing more than a school sanctioned s*x clubs. Double yes.
Do I regret the wording? In that case, probably. But these people deliberately weaponize context to turn me into a cartoon villain. That’s not journalism. That’s projection.

The creators of ccoabusers.com are not brave. They are cowards hiding behind a website, hoping to destroy someone with a past — a past I’ve never denied, and one I’ve worked hard to grow from.
My work in Coos Bay and beyond speaks for itself: helping people get elected, fighting for renters’ rights, protecting LGBTQIA+ people, and giving voice to the voiceless. If that makes me dangerous to the local GOP establishment — so be it.
But let’s be clear: This site is not about justice. It’s about revenge. It’s about silencing a q***r activist in a red county. It’s about fear.
And I will not be silenced.
