The Power of Blue is more than an event. It is a celebration of the people who bring Blue Stream Fiber’s values to life every day.

More than 320 employees gathered across five events in five cities to honor 33 outstanding Values nominees and recognize all six core values. The events also featured operational updates, service milestones and meaningful conversations with leadership. Together, they reflected the energy and people-first culture that define Blue Stream Fiber.

Seeing our leadership travel across Florida, visiting four cities in three days, before joining the team in Houston says so much about who we are. They showed up to listen, connect and recognize the employees who make Blue Stream Fiber what it is.

Meet our Tech Ops Supervisor, Brandon.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Brandon spent over five years in retail before deciding it was time for a change. After a cross-country road trip with his family, he traded the snow in for good.

Brandon began his telecommunications career at Xfinity, building years of industry experience before joining Blue Stream Fiber, where he says he found an incredible team and a place that truly feels like home.

Outside of work, Brandon and his wife, Ariel, are always chasing their next adventure. They celebrated their wedding at Dave & Buster's last year and are now gearing up for their honeymoon in Japan. When they're not traveling, they're at home with their two cats, who keep them entertained (and up at night more than they'd like to admit).

We're grateful to have Brandon on the team, and excited to see where the journey takes him next!
