I remember the night I cried out to God, “Lord, I can’t do this anymore.”
I was tired, scared. My heart was heavy. I felt like the best parts of me had been chipped away by betrayal, disappointment, and unanswered prayers. I barely recognized myself.

But in that dark night, God whispered something that became the turning point in my journey:

“I am still writing your story. Trust Me.”

That was the beginning of my breakthrough. Not because my circumstances changed overnight, but because my faith and trust in Him grew stronger than my fear.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve heard me talk about love…

I’ve shared how to stop settling, how to make aligned dating decisions, how to attract healthy men, and how to rewrite your love story.

And none of that has changed. I still believe in real, lasting, beautiful love.

But now?
I teach it differently.

Because I've never believed in love that’s based on chemistry alone.
I no longer believe in chasing signs or trusting your “vibe” more than God’s Word.
I no longer believe you should just “heal and attract”, without learning how to discern and walk in truth.

Now I believe in righteous love, the kind that starts with God.

The kind of love that:
✔ Honors your heart and your faith
✔ Doesn’t require compromising your values
✔ Brings peace, not confusion
✔ Comes with clarity, not chaos
✔ Points you closer to God, not farther from Him

This is the kind of love I’ll be preparing women for.
The kind I’ll be guiding you toward with prayer, wisdom, and real world dating tools.

Over the years, I’ve watched brilliant, beautiful women do everything "right" after heartbreak…

They read the books.
They went to therapy.
They meditated. Manifested. Cut cords.
They tried to “vibe higher” and “let go.”

But deep down? They still felt stuck.

Because here’s the truth I didn’t realize until I came back to Christ.

Heartbreak isn’t just emotional, it’s spiritual.

When we lose love, especially someone who wasn’t meant for us, it’s not just our confidence or heart that shatters…

It’s our identity. Our trust. Our soul alignment with God’s truth.

The kind of healing and perspective I now offer doesn’t just rebuild you emotionally.

It reclaims you spiritually.

It restores you as a daughter of God, not just a woman looking for love.

That’s the foundation I stand on now. And that’s what I want to walk with you through.

Choose you, Choose love, Choose God

In my last post I shared that I’ve gone through a major transformation, one that’s reshaping not just my life, but how I teach, coach, and lead.

Today, I want to give you a peek into the full story.

I was born into Christianity, raised knowing the love of God…

But somewhere along the way, while I was pursuing personal development, I got caught up in the hype of manifestation, energy work, and new age spirituality.

It felt empowering at the time. But the truth? It left me empty, always chasing more, it left me depleated, leaning on "self" … without ever feeling whole.

Then a medical scare brought everything to a halt.

In the quiet, I heard Jesus call me.

God had not forsaken me.

He reminded me that I don’t have to be perfect. I don’t have to carry it all.

Because He already did, through Jesus.

And so I heard the call, not once but 3 times over.

I couldn't ignore Him. I’ve returned home.

Not to a religion, but to a real relationship with my heavenly Father.

Not just as Christina, the love coach.
But as a daughter of the Most High.

This means everything I offer, from heartbreak healing to dating advice to rebuilding trust after toxic love, is now rooted in Biblical truth, God’s grace, and spiritual clarity.

You’ll still recognize my voice.
You’ll still find tools for navigating love.
But the foundation is different and deeper.

It’s been a minute, hasn’t it?

Whether you first followed this page to learn how to Heal your Heartbreak, perhaps the original Dare to Date Challenge caught your attention, or you grabbed my Online Dating Guide, or the Toxic Red Flags Checklist, or you joined one of the many masterclasses I’ve hosted over the last 7 years… I want to start by saying,
Thank you. 🙏

You’ve been part of my journey, and that means so much to me. Helping women heal from heartbreak, date consciously, and attract healthy love has always been in my heart and a big part of my personal story and purpose.
But today, I need to share something deeper.

After a recent medical scare, I had what I can only describe as a come to Jesus moment. Literally.

I was faced with questions I couldn’t ignore anymore — about how I was living my life, was I really moving with purpose, how I saw myself and my identity, and THE truth.
And by the grace of Christ, I heard His call and found my way back to the God I first knew growing up.

I’ve recommitted to my faith, and everything I share moving forward will be rooted in that foundation.

Yes — I’ll still be helping women heal from heartbreak.
Yes — I’ll still guide you through conscious, intentional dating.
Yes — I’ll still teach you how to build real, trusting, healthy relationships.

But this time, it’s through a lens of truth, love, and relationship with Jesus.

I know this might not be for everyone.
And if you’re not on the same path, I understand completely.
No hard feelings at all.
It would be sad to see you go, but I respect your journey too.

I’ll share more about where I’ve been and what’s ahead, not just in love and relationships, but in faith, healing, and purpose.
