Push Boundaries = Sellers Winning‼️🏡

The Perfect Townhome closed for $490,000 last month in a neighborhood where most recent sales have landed around $400,000–$415,000 and none had broken $450,000 before this one. When talking to the sellers I knew we weren’t just trying to get it sold we were aiming to challenge the market!

At the first listing prep meeting we discussed everything needed to prepare the home for marketing and the transition to their new home! Once it was ready we brought in a professional photographer and created strong marketing materials to make sure buyers didn’t miss out on this opportunity!

Sure enough the first day on market it showed and got a full price offer!!! Then the problems started rolling in one by one from the buyer. Instead of forcing it and risking my seller’s position, we got out, reset, and went back to work.

End result??? I was able to actually help the sellers net MORE money than they would’ve made with that first buyer‼️
