If you experienced any connection issues within the last hour, it was due to our upstream circuit fluctuating. We’ve now switched to our backup circuit, and everything should be back to normal.

Service is restored and everything should be back up now. If your Internet is still down unplug the black power cord from your modem for 10 seconds and then repower it. If you still have problems please contact our office at 606-620-4416. Thank you for your patience!

Upstream/backbone provider advised us the fiber failure was located and it's a fiber cut in the Louisville area and they are working to restore our service.
