Time: 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM
When: throughout the month of July

During this time, brief service interruptions may occur. We’ve scheduled the work overnight to minimize any impact.

Regular Hours will resume on Monday, July 7th.

**UPDATE*
Outages were due to electrical outages. All service has been restored. If your internet is still down unplug the black power cord from your fiber modem for 10 seconds and repower it. If you’re still having issues please call the office! 606-620-4416

We're monitoring internet outages throughout the area. Seems to be electrical outages but technicians are en route to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Service in the Moore Hill and Salt Lick Rd areas are out at this time due to multiple fallen trees on lines. We have crews on site working to restore service as soon as possible. We also have other areas out we will be checking as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Service on Sam Parker Rd is out at this time due to 2 poles being broken during the storm.

Service on Johnson Hollow Rd is out at this time due to a fallen tree. We have crews in route to restore service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Service on KY 3436, KY 3437, and Young’s Creek Rd is out at this time due to a fiber line being shot. We have crews on site actively working to repair the line.

OUTAGE UPDATES 5/27/24
Majority of customers are back on.

If you are in the Hazel Fork/Ascot Drive/Sam Parker/ Higgins Branch area we are waiting on the electric company to restore our power but currently have generators keeping the service on.

If you are on 1232, closer to Gilliam Hill we are working to get the fiber spliced.

If you are behind/around TCO we still have many drop lines down to repair.

We are aware that there are also single drop lines down.

We are working as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience & understanding!

OUTAGES 5/26/24
Internet is out due to trees on lines, fiber lines broken and poles broken. We do monitor our system so we are aware of where the outages are. We do not have an estimated time but we are working as fast as we can to restore service.
