‼️Outage Notice – Hazel Fork Rd‼️

A tree has fallen on our fiber line in the Hazel Fork Rd area (past the gas well),causing a service outage.

Our crews are on site and will be re-splicing and rehanging the line. We expect service to be restored later today.

Several customers have contacted us to report that representatives of larger internet service providers have been going door to door, claiming to be affiliated with our company, stating that we are selling out, or suggesting that they are taking over our network. These statements are false, and we would like to clarify the facts.

We remain 100% locally owned and operated and have no plans to sell. We also want our customers to know that our employees are NOT currently going door to door. If we ever do, our team members would be wearing company shirts and driving clearly marked company vehicles. If someone claims to represent our company, don’t hesitate to ask for identification or contact our office directly to verify.

For 30+ years, we’ve proudly served our community and evolved alongside technology to bring our customers the best service possible. Today, we are 100% fiber optic with symmetrical upload and download speeds, giving you the fast, reliable connection you deserve.
