Im very excited to announce that Meuse welcomed 5 beautiful chunky Dachshund babies into the world yesterday. She is recovering well. Labor and delivery was smooth sailing and without complications. 🥰🥰

All of these babies are AKC long haired. The travel dates will be the week of Halloween. So we will need Halloween names. Put your suggestions in the comments!

1- Chocolate and Tan Girl w/ Flash Birth weight- 8.0oz

2- Chocolate and Tan Girl
Birth weight- 8.3oz

3- Chocolate based ee Red Piebald Boy (large spots)
Birth weight- 9.1oz.

4- Chocolate based ee Red Piebald Boy (small spots)
Birth weight- 7.3 oz.

5- Chocolate and Tan Piebald Boy
Birth weight - 7.9 oz

Alright! Who is excited to see this cute, mini, fuzzy surprise?

I would like to announce that we have added to our White River Valley Kennel family! This little baby is 8 weeks old. He is a Long Haired Chocolate and Cream Male. If everything works out well and he passes all of his testing, this little guy will be the new sire of our next generation. 🥰

Alright everyone!!! It's August and my break is over. We have been in constant renovation mode trying to get everything wrapped up for our bundles to be from new floors, new sleeping quarters for our adults, new whelping units, and reorganizing all of our dog supplies. So let the fun begin!!!! 😆🥰

We are 2 weeks out from Meuse's due date. These little loves will have go home dates the week of Halloween. So naming these munchkins will be fun. This litter of Dachshunds will be Chocolate and Tan or Chocolate based ee Red. Patterns are Piebald, Brindle, or Piebald w/Ticking.

Hi, everyone!!!!! I hope you had a fantastic 4th of July. It's hard to believe we are in our second half of the year already. What is everyone most excited for?

We love the fall and Christmas time here. We have decided to put up a fall tree this year, fingers crossed the dogs leave it alone and we have decided to start a mini village by hand. May my hands be steady with the paint brush. 🤣

We have some exciting news as far as the kennel goes.......

Yesterday, George went home with his amazing family. 🥰 He was our last little to leave, but he wont be the last little bundle to leave this year.

Meuse is due around mid Aug.
Coat: Long Haired
Color: Chocolate and Tan or Chocolate based ee Red
Pattern: Piebald, Piebald w/ Ticking, Brindle.
Go home: Will be the week of Halloween, so Halloween themed names are needed.

This morning Holland decided it was her turn to come into season also. She will be due around mid Sept. with a go home date of Thanksgiving!
Coat: Long Haired
Color: Black and Tan, Black and Cream, Chocolate and Tan, Chocolate and Cream, Black based ee Red, Chocolate based ee Red, Black based ee Cream, Chocolate based ee Cream
Patterns: Dapple, Brindle, Piebald, Piebald w/ ticking (Can have more than one pattern)

These will be our last bundles going home for the year. In the mean time, I will be posting videos periodically of the shenanigans that Tempest will be up to. Which I'm sure will be a lot.
