This is not a sponsored post. It is a reminder to get a colonoscopy or other colon cancer screening done. It is recommended that you begin doing colon cancer screening tests at age 45. There are several screening that you can do, however my doctor recommended the colonoscopy for me. I don't have a history for colon issues or cancer in my family. I just want to make sure that my colon health is good. If you are 45 or over please have a screening test done. There has been an uptick in people having colon cancer at younger ages.
