"Getting commitment to maintenance requires you to tie the data to either their workflow or something that they need. If you are seeing a need to reengage user commitment, it’s an indicator that there’s something missing. Maybe they don’t understand why it’s being used, or maybe they don’t understand the why behind needing to fill out that information."
