🚨⚠️ COOKBOOK SCAM ALERT ⚠️🚨
Don't get ripped off by fake appliance cookbooks on Amazon!
So there I was, minding my own business scrolling Facebook, when I spotted a photo that stopped me cold—a guy I know with 100% certainty is a SCAMMER.
How do I know? Because he stole MY Ninja Foodi recipes years ago, slapped them into garbage cookbooks, and sold them on Amazon. I had to report him for content theft.
And now? He's BACK. This time targeting the Possible Cooker Pro.
The kicker? He's using MY pressure cooker spaghetti photo in his scam group to promote his fake cookbooks. 📸🍝
Nothing infuriates me more than a liar and a thief.
⚠️ If you're a member of the group shown in my photos, please be aware—this scammer is the ADMIN, and the other admins are fake/scam profiles too. The whole thing is a setup to sell you stolen content. I'd encourage you to leave immediately and be very cautious about anything promoted there.
I'm sharing this because I don't want YOU to waste your money on these stolen, poorly thrown-together "cookbooks." Swipe through to see the red flags I've marked. 👉

Pork & Sauerkraut is Thanksgiving tradition where I grew up and I didn't make it this. year, so I'm definitely putting this on the menu this week or next!
This recipe makes the most tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork paired with tangy sauerkraut. The secret? A fattier cut like pork shoulder plus apples and brown sugar to balance out all that delicious tang! 🍎

Time for the Thanksgiving night turkey sandwich. White bread, turkey, mayo, lettuce and bread and butter pickles for me. Jeff added bacon and tomato with dill pickles. The soup is loaded potato that was frozen and surprisingly reheated perfectly! I hope everyone had a great day 🥰

Here is ours and because almost everything was made agead and frozen and then I used sous vide to warm everything up. It was the Easiest Thanksgiving ever! And… Jeff said everything on his plate is equally delicious 🥰 And the best thing is no dishes except for what the food is on and our empty plates!

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

Today I’m thankful for my freeze dryer which saved me a trip to the store when I couldn’t find my frozen stuffing and need to make it, but didn’t have an onion. I’ll reconstitute the freeze dried onions and peppers and then saute in butter and they will be good as fresh!
I’m also thankful for the sous vide function on my Possible Cooked Pro, Thanksgiving dinner is heating sous vide style!

What is the best version of grilled cheese that you have ever had?
I dressed this one up with with fig spread and three cheeses on Pumpernickel and it’s delicious with homemade tomato soup.
