I played the original version of "The Crusher" by The Novas (1964, Minnesota) at a Vinyl Night a few years back, but this was definitely I heard it played live. Thanks to Johnny Hoot Rock (Austin) for kicking it off last night. Whatever you do, don't forget to do the eye gouge, ya' turkey neck!

A long time ago (about 38 years ago now) ... in a neighborhood not too far from the one I haunt today. Thanks to our bud Joe Hagan, who was at one of the rehearsals just before our first show, took our only publicity pics, and has managed to hold on to this stash of Krayons items all this time. There was one other kid in my room during that rehearsal session...he said he had left home so we invited him to hang out. I'm sure we got his name but I didn't write it down. Hope he found a better place than the one he had left. Them was some solid days.
