I never want to call it too early, and this one had so many moving parts!!! So happy for this family, but so sad to watch them leave. We've been part of 2 projects together and I have seen them go from engaged to married with 3 of the sweetest kids ever. They will be a huge blessing in their new home in GA.

Last week, we were able to close on this beautiful family's home. They are relocating halfway across the country in total obedience to God, guided by their faith. If you had asked me a month ago whether we wouldn't even need to list this home to sell it and have them in WA on the timeframe needed, I would have said it is worth a shot, but almost impossible.
God orchestrated such a beautiful deal and team. The buyer's agent was a dream (April Mason). I've wanted to work a deal with her anyway, and she was the cherry on top of it for me.
I'm not sure what is in store for this family in WA, but I saw God move mountains for them, so it's going to be good. Congrats
