- Reference check. Every reputable business has clients they can use to be verified. ✅
- Make sure all permits are being pulled. 🧾
- Never pay all up front. If its an insurance claim, slightly different but ways to verify.
Why can this affect you?
- Who will stand behind the work if something goes wrong? Someone from Houston, San Antonio or even out of state is not going to come for a small warranty claim.
