I’ve known Jeremy Wray for more than 25 years, so this one was really special.

Thank you Jeremy for spending the afternoon talking skateboarding, art, family, Blockhead, COLOR, Water Towers, life on the road, Mike T, Ty Evans headphones, never Bondo, the stories behind some of those legendary moments, what keeps you inspired now and everything in between.

Loved hearing the tour/travel stories too, especially the way you guys always made a point to clean up and leave wherever you stayed better than you found it. Says a lot.

Michael Ballard was the very first guest I sat down with when The Desiree Show landed at Rogue Collective back in May.

We talked skateboarding, the Skateboarding Hall of Fame, the book, photography, stories from over the years and a whole lot more.

With the Hall of Fame right after this, and then getting completely blindsided by life, this one got delayed a lot longer than I intended.

Huge thank you to Michael XO Flowers for coming in last minute and sharing such heartwarming stories around the book and our skateboarding fam.

This was a very tender day.

Clyde Clyde Singleton took the train up, I picked him up, and somehow we made a show.

I was heartbroken, exhausted, and moving through the day like a bit of a zombie. (TBH, I was a wreck… held together by safety pins.) But Clyde came through with stories, warmth, honesty, hugs and so much laughter.

I’m so grateful for longtime friends who meet you exactly where you are.

And somehow, Marc has been in the room for every show since.

Love you, Clyde.

At the very end of the show, I happened to mention there was an NFL player named Michael Sinclair… and Mike immediately had a great story.

Love these unexpected little moments.
