🌍 Going international is not as easy as it sounds. On the Panel at the Touch Martech Festival we discussed how we scale globally with Local Market Research! 🌍 Here's why:

🌟 Understanding Cultures: Every place has its own way of doing things and what people like. What works in one country might not work in another. Local market research helps you figure out how to talk to customers in each place.

🏆 Knowing Your Competition: Other businesses are already there! Learning about them helps you figure out how to make your business stand out. What can you do better than them?

📜 Following the Rules: Different countries have different laws you need to follow. Doing local research helps you know what you need to do to follow the rules from the start.

💡 Making Customers Happy: People in different places want different things. Finding out what they like helps you make products and set prices that they'll really like.

Remember, going global isn't the same everywhere. You need to plan carefully, change your strategy, and really understand the people you're selling to.

🔍 Remember: Before you try to sell your stuff in a new place, do lots of local market research first. It's how successful businesses grow all around the world!

Our Story

I’m Dot Lung. Dot short for Dorothy, and Lung means “Dragon” in Mandarin. After growing up in Los Angeles, I traveled the world working on a variety of campaigns until I found a home in Barcelona.

Since 2011, Barcelona has inspired me to be the magical and fierce being I am today. I started my social media career formally at OFFF Festival, where I was in charge of the online community and audience engagement. We developed their first steps of an authentic, organic messages which continues to this day.

Before OFFF, I had been an active social media user since the days of MySpace where I had not only my personal profile, but was also selling real estate through the platform! Not a digital extremist like me? It’s not for everyone, but based on my total immersion, I can help you create the optimum digital experience for your brand, your personal identity, or your campaign.
