A year ago, my life looked really different… I was in and out of the hospital due to a life threatening infection in my abdomen that kept growing despite treatment, eventually leading to emergency surgery and almost going septic twice.
Life sometimes has a way of forcing you to slow down and take stock of what really matters, and this experience definitely served that purpose.
It made me realize that what truly counts is watching my boys grow up, really knowing them, and choosing to have more fun with my husband instead of getting swallowed up by the daily stress of life. It also pushed me to finally find a creative outlet, which turned into building this incredible community of moms (and dads) who love to find humor in the absolute absurdities of motherhood and parenthood.
Never in a million years did I think my life would look like this today. I am so incredibly grateful to every single one of you for being here, watching my silly little videos, and helping me make this dream a reality 🤍
