Evolution of most people of their light in within…
As a child we are full of light, happiness…
As we grow , learn , experience our light diminished …
When we lost our light for a long period of time it is hard to get it back because of limited beliefs, patterns…
It is our responsibility to get it back if we want to feel good…without this light we cannot manifest what we want in our lives and our body will deteriorate…! No one is responsible for your light it comes from within ! So take care of yourself you’re the only one who can do it !
Love yourself as a priority , and everyone around will benefit from it ! 🙏🙌❤️

Transmuting negative energy!
When someone sends us negative energy rather that sending it back to them ( which would continue a negative cycle..) send it to Mother Earth to be recycled into the light with strong intentions to do so…( this is the easiest way to get rid of bad intentions from other)
For sensitive/ Empath people it can be overwhelming, the key is to be in a neutral observer state of mind , stay detached from their burdens and understand that the person is sending energy from their shadow side and often not aware of what they are doing…
This is how we rise humanity with love , compassion and choosing to stop this cycle of negativity. Break the chain!!

Journaling!!
It can really helps us to make sens of our life , emotions…
For people who are in their head a lot , writing their thoughts on a piece of paper will help release the mental noise…
It is important for self development or spiritual growth to write it down because we can go back and notice our progress !
we also can learn from our patterns , emotions…
in my journey I have used journaling to understand myself in a deeper way and how I respond to my outside world.
Journaling is self care/ healing .
