Huh,...just realized that today marks the first anniversary of the purchase and closing on Flatwater Farms. Wasn't able to step foot on the place till 3/7/18 though. The real work didn't start until last June. Got a pretty good clip done in 6 months. Her are a few before and after photos. By the way, that Big Red Barn is the future home of the Studio!! WooHoo.....
