Regularly, the good Lord lays topics on my mind and heart about "leading higher" that I feel moved to share with my listeners. These are straight-from-the-heart talks about things I have learned over the years about leading myself and others at work, at home, in my community, etc.

This is my big brother, Jim, in the middle of one of his famously calm pep talks. 😉 Jim was an intense, but caring coach for all of his basketball teams, and as a result, found much success on the court. (Go Buccs!)

Jim has always been an incredible role model for me. I am thankful for his example, especially his belief that serving others is the surest way to joyful living. He's right -- and I don't say that very often! 😉
