Once upon a time in the year 2015, after several blissful years of marriage, we had a dream to open our own business. Our love and passion for music would lead us into that direction. Dave has a history of playing music for others as he was in a cover band called “Juggler”, in which he played keyboard and also DJ’d from time to time. We were both kids that grew up in the 80’s, with MTV on the Tele and Walkmans and Boom Boxes glued to our ears gaining knowledge of all different genres of music. Music is in our soul. It makes us dance, laugh, cry and feel. We are truly connected to music. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in music, he can tell you what year a song hit the charts or what album it was on. He has actually won some contests on a few cruises we have been on with this information.
After several months, of gaining knowledge on how to start a business, getting licensure and insurance in order, and growing our set up, we were finally ready to get started. We started our first year off with 3 weddings, along with several birthday and holiday celebrations. We definitely had some hiccups along the way. As the years have passed and the number of events accrued, along with some self-education, learning from our mistakes, we have gained experience and knowledge that we bring to each of our events to provide our clients with our best. We treat each event with utmost care and communicate extensively with our clients to ensure we are understanding and meeting their needs.
It is nearing the year 2020 and we have poured our hearts, minds and numerous hours into our business and are extremely proud of what we have become. Every business has to start somewhere. Our journey has allowed us to meet so many wonderful couples and their family and friends. I have cried tears of joy watching couples say their vows, listening to the songs that mean so much to them, feeling the warmth in my heart seeing the love that many of our couples display for each other, along with hearing some amazing toasts and speeches.
Thank you to all of past, present and future couples and their families along with our beloved vendors, and venues for giving us a chance to be a part of your special day. We are so blessed to have heard our calling and listened to it. We will be forever grateful.
