It’s with a heavy heart and lots of bittersweet emotion that we share this news: Pitch & Prose will be shutting down operations by the end of 2023. Keeping an independent record label above water is very difficult, and it requires a lot of unpaid hours to pull it off. We’re proud that we kept it going for three full years, and we’re endlessly grateful for all the artists who put their faith in our scrappy operation. Our biggest point of pride is our catalog of releases—we worked with a lot of good people who are making great music and contributing positively to local scenes in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We love you all and we’ll be cheering you on as your careers progress. Thanks to everyone who has followed us, supported our releases, attended our showcases, and welcomed us into the broader community of independent record labels. And finally, a quick shout out to for providing such valuable resources to folks who share our risky vision. ❤️❤️❤️
