We underestimated the demand for Green Eyes this weekend. Thanks for your support, causing that. 🙂

We’re actually out of one of the blend components until late this upcoming week, so we whipped up “Professor Jiggly Is Loose” which is a single origin, washed Ethiopia Guji Mulish, roasted as a light espresso, (or a very “developed” medium filter coffee.) Green Eyes is our easy-button coffee for people who are looking for medium roast, sweeter-than-bitter but aren’t looking for the brightness or fruit we often try to feature in our single origins.

Professor Jiggly will not steer you wrong. The only cat who would do that is Toonces! Classic cup, very clean, should work well with your home espresso machine, and should work as a drop in stunt double for Green Eyes if you’re in immediate need. We’ll have more Green Eyes next weekend.

Also, we have a returning fresh lot of Ethiopia Sidamo Suke Quto, which is that floral, tea-like, bright toffee sort of punchy light Ethiopia you probably expect from us. On the counter ready to go.

We are temporarily out of Natural Process coffees, but we have more arriving this week. Whole new crops of weird tasting Guatemalan and Honduran anaerobic coffees… can’t wait!
