TRIO-Student Support Services (SSS) Advisor/Transfer Specialist (Part-time)
Responsible for recruiting students into the Student Support Services Program and will primarily be responsible for establishing eligibility of participants, and providing academic and/or career advising; planning student workshops and events; arranging campus visits for program participants among other essential duties. The ability to transport students to area colleges for transfer visits is required.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, sociology, education, student personnel, or other related field. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in overcoming barriers similar to those of the target population and/or those with 1-3 years of experience working with SSS-eligible populations.
This is a grant-funded position. The TRIO-SSS grant has been continually funded since 1997, and the program began the first year of a 5-year grant in Fall 2025. Information Services Assistant
The Information Services Assistant provides first-point-of-contact customer service by supporting students, faculty, staff, and visitors with technology and library services. Primary responsibilities include technical support requests, online searching of databases, providing reference service, and coordinating processing of materials and equipment. In addition, the Information Services Assistant uses initiative and judgment in applying established library/media principles and procedures to new situations or problems as they arise.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or an Associate of Arts degree with prior experience in a media/library assistant or information technology support position, and the knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the assigned duties.

Evening Adult Literacy Instructor (Part-Time) – Creston
Individual will be responsible for preparing and teaching basic skills, English Literacy, and High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) subject areas (reading, writing, social studies, science, and mathematics) to students enrolled in the SWCC Adult Education and Literacy program. Candidate must evaluate and report adult student progress and level completion according to state and federal guidelines and must have good communication and computer skills. Bachelor’s degree required, in education preferred.
Individual will be scheduled 10-15 hours per week. Pay will begin at $18 per hour.

Pathway Navigator & Program Systems Specialist
The Pathway Navigator & Program Systems Specialist supports the PACE and GAP tuition assistance programs while providing department-wide support for course and program management, data systems, reporting, and program operations.
The position helps students access education and training opportunities, identify education and career goals, connect with support services, and navigate their training experience. The position also creates and maintains course and program information in department enrollment and registration systems and supports accurate data collection and reporting across Business & Community Development programs. The individual works closely with college departments, community organizations, workforce partners, software vendors, and department staff to support student success, effective program operations, accurate reporting, and workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications:

* Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Experience in education, advising, counseling, human services, workforce development, program administration, or a related field preferred.
* Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
