NEWS/SPORTS DIRECTOR/BROADCASTER Join the KSIB crew and be the voice of Southwest Iowa. KSIB AM/FM in Creston is seeking a full time News/Sports Director/Broadcaster to provide news and sports coverage for an eight-county area, surrounding and including, the city of Creston. JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties include producing and broadcasting multiple daily newscasts and sports reports, covering local news stories and sporting events, providing local sports play-by-play commentary, maintaining an on-line presence, live remotes of community events and activities, and communicating with and cultivating sources. KSIB is committed to providing accurate, timely, well-written and well-delivered news and sports reports to its listeners. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must have a passion for local news and sports, as well as journalism and radio broadcasting experience.
