Rack On by Parrott Farms Custom T's & Embroidery from our rural Western Ky historic tobacco farm located on Grapevine in Crofton, Kentucky.

The farm on Grapevine was established in 1762 by the Webb Family and was a part of the Allison Survey. The farm has likely grown a crop of tobacco since that date. The Parrott Family purchased the farm in 1976 and have continued the tradition of raising tobacco here. The farm on Grapevine is leased on a yearly bases for tobacco and barns are currently full. Hunters from North Carolina come in on a

regular basis and have exclusive hunting rights to both farms (Grapevine & 41). We have recently rebuilt a small building where the old stables once was that sadly burned in 08. We also rebuilt the old carriage house and it stands as a chicken coop where we raise about 2 dozen brown eggs per day. We will be transforming into an "upcycle" farm soon and will share a studio area with other artists, at the new building. We hope to be a leader in our area to inspire others to Reduce~Recycle~Reuse~Repurpose normally discarded items into useful everyday items, Barbed Art at MEHRA Publishing. The farm on 41 in Crofton, just south of Crofton City, was purchased in the early 80's and has been used for tobacco as well as other crops. This farm consists of 36 acres +/- and is currently for sale. There is a Dollar General Store located on the highway, the farm has prime commercial development and also has housing/farm/hunting location on the rest of the farm, near the Crofton Lake. If you missed our open house, it marked the commencement of our full-time operations. As of December 1st, every purchase will automatically enter you into a drawing to win prizes generously donated by our vendors as a token of appreciation for your patronage. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm, located within the showroom of Sheds of Kentucky.

Don't forget to drop bye the old Crofton Cafe across from Hucks in Crofton hwy 41) next weekend!! We'll be setup there along with a lady from the Mennonite community with baked good and canned goods as well as Affordable Gems by Sandra Knighten with some beautiful custom jewelry. The historic 41 Yard Sale Fri the 27th & Sat the 28th! Come on out a score some great treasures!
